Alpha Omega has provided civil services on three tractor supply locations. The most recent of these was the location in Middleton, ID. The 4.75 acre site was previously used for agriculture. Because of the rural location of this store, significant extensions to the water and sewer mains were needed. Ground water is very high in this area, and utilities and storm treatment were designed to accommodate this. Improvements also included widening the adjacent highway to include a turn lane.

The Bi-Mart store in Star, ID was developed on a 3.5 acre site. Groundwater was encountered during construction at a higher elevation than expected. Because of this, the drainage basin had to be modified to a horizontal drain by using an impervious liner along the bottom. Part of the project scope was to widen the adjacent road along the property frontage and provide drainage storage and treatment for the new impervious area.

This project was a redevelopment involving a rezone from residential to commercial . The site was developed into three commercial sites, one of which was Popeyes restaurant. The project included an Idaho Transporation Department approach permitting and Ada County Highway District road and alley improvements. Shallow groundwater created stormwater design challenges and required variance approvals.
