The Marriott Dual Branded hotel in Hawthorne, California, is a standout project featuring a 354-room, modular-built hotel spanning over 5 acres. This development not only included the hotel itself but also encompasses offsite improvements benefiting surrounding businesses.

Alpha Omega Engineering provided comprehensive civil design services, including demolition plans, grading and drainage, and on-site utility layout and design. Our team was actively involved in every phase of design and construction, collaborating closely with the developer, architect, and contractor. Through this partnership, we developed innovative solutions to seamlessly integrate the project within the existing developed area, ensuring a successful and harmonious addition to the community.

Completed in 2016, the Hilton Homewood Suites in Redondo Beach, California, is a remarkable 4-story, 184-room hotel development. One distinctive feature of this project was the innovative use of foam block to reduce soil loads over a concrete sewer pipe constructed in 1943.

Our team employed advanced techniques and creative solutions to address the unique challenges presented by the site, contributing to a high-quality, enduring addition to the Redondo Beach hospitality landscape. 

 The Marriott Residence Inn in Redondo Beach, California, is a 4-story, 141-room hotel that exemplifies collaborative engineering excellence. Alpha Omega Engineering was subcontracted by Pinnacle Engineers for site civil work, partnering with Jim Coslett of Rock Solid Engineering to successfully complete this project.
